After five years in the order, I decided not to make final vows. I met my wife Sue in 1990, marrying her in 1992. We have two children. I finished my Master of Arts in Education at the University of San Francisco in 1994 and completed my second M.A. degree in English Composition and Rhetoric at UNCC in Spring of 2001. Currently I am teaching English composition at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College in North Carolina. I am writing and publishing poems in various literary journals. I hope to publish my first book of poems in a trade publication.
