Have 2 grown children, Jonathan will be 32 and Kate will be 30. I am an R.N. with a Master's degree in education. I am teaching in a vocational high school for 19 years now and love it! The teachers at Conestoga would drop dead to know that I am now "one of them"! I also earned a Cooperative Education Certification and finished a supervisory certificate. Not too bad for a kid that the teacher's and guidance counselors (and others!) thought would never make it! As a perpetual student, in college since 1990, I am lost as I have no other goals at the moment. I guess I need a hobby other than school. Hope all are well and lets see if we can find more of us! It is great to read about all of you after all of these years. I am a grandmother and can't believe the joy that it brings! Andrew Christopher is now nearly 7 and lights up my life. Andrew is georgous and is a true chatter box, a real Berkemeyer! We are now cruise buffs and in addition to transiting the Panama Canal in 2007, we went to Bermuda in 2008 and really enjoyed Alaska in 2009. Sadly Sarah had no time to see us!! We are constantly thinking of where to go next. I enjoyed the 40th reunion, my first. So much has changed yet aren't we really all the same, just 40 years older?
