Graduated from University of Delaware in 1979. Worked around the country as an environmental biologist but politics ran long and money ran short. Went back to school in 1982 to the Culinary Institute of America where I graduated #1 in my class (small class). Worked through the hospitality industry and I am now teaching culinary arts at Central Montgomery County Center for Technical Studies. I have returned to school for my teachers' certifcation and Masters in Education. Have a lovely wife and 2 great kids (a boy and a girl). You all might not remember me back in '73, but I'm out here kicking and cooking. Had a few good adventures to tell my grand kids. Bon appetite!
